Overview The Lenawee Medical Clinic offers general medical services such as: Physicals and Office Visits Referrals to Specialists X-rays with Lab Tests Help with Prescriptions

The Clinic strongly requests a $5.00 donation per visit for office visits and $15.00 for Physical Exams.
There is a limited amount of funds to help pay for prescription's, under certain circumstances. The Clinic has purchased a few frequently prescribed medications to have on hand at all times. We strongly request a $10.00 donation for these medications.
Who Is Eligible?
Low income Lenawee County residents meeting eligibility requirements without insurance.

Q: When is the doctor available?
A: Once a week on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Appointments are necessary.
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: Our completed charts require: ** Documented proof of annual family income ** Copy of driver's license and social security card.
Q: Can I receive reimbursement for purchases I make?
A: No
Q: Do you take Medicaid?
A: No, Medicaid holders do not qualify for our program.
Q: Who must be included in your household when determining eligibility?
A: Everyone who lives or resides in the household regardless of age or relationship.
