Content/Reserved Rights
NASDAQ WIZARD either owns the intellectual property rights, or has acquired the necessary
permissions from content providers or suppliers, in all of the content, information, software, products
and services on this Site and in Electronic Communications transmitted to members from time to time,
including all text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, Java code and the selection and
arrangement of the contents and information printed on the site. In this context, “Information” is defined
as and refers to the trading signals, commentaries, and any other data that could be qualified as trading
information, presented on the NASDAQ WIZARD Web Site or distributed to subscribers via email
from NASDAQ WIZARD. The User may not use, reproduce, transfer, publish, disclose or sell the
information or any of its components or content, except as provided for in this Agreement.
Restriction on Use/Limited License - Individual Members/Business Members
NASDAQ WIZARD grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display on your
computer, download and print short extracts of the Information for your own personal and non-
commercial purposes only, provided that:
You do not modify any of the Information.
You can not download any of the Information for use in third party programs.
All copyright and other proprietary notices are retained.
You abide by these Terms of Use.
You do not make the information available to third parties.

Restriction on Use/Limited License - Professional Members
All of the terms and conditions in the 'Restriction on Use/Limited License - Individual Members' section
above apply to Professional Members with the following differences:
Professional Members are granted an extended license to use, display on your computer, download
and print short extracts of the Information provided by NASDAQ WIZARD. It is understood that the
Professional Member may conduct some commercial activities and that Professional Member's clients
may indirectly benefit from the Information.
No Financial Advice
The Information is provided for information purposes only. The Information is not intended to be and
does not constitute financial advice or any other advice. The Information is general in nature and is not
specific to you. You should not make any decision, financial or otherwise, based on any of the

e-mail address, and keep member profile updated. Member understands that NASDAQ WIZARD will
communicate with member at its own discretion, and that it has no obligation to do otherwise. In the
event that NASDAQ WIZARD communicates with member it makes no representations; and strictly
disclaims any responsibility that said communication will be actually received by member.

Your subscription is personal to you and the members of your household, and you may not transfer or
make available your account name and password to others, including without limitation your co-
workers. Any distribution by you of your account name and password may result in cancellation of
your subscription without refund and additional charges based on unauthorized use.
When you subscribe to NASDAQ WIZARD service you understand:
We are not financial analysts, investment brokers or financial advisors. We expect you, the User, to
know your own investment goals and to understand that a possession of fundamental trading abilities, or
a desire to procure those abilities should prerequisite your signing up.
We assume no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, misstatements, errors, fabrications,
contained within documents, data, materials, website pages, contained here within and associated pages,
either through error or negligence.
You, the User, agree to hold NASDAQ WIZARD harmless for any act resulting directly or indirectly
from this site, its data, content, trading signals, and commentaries.
Subscriber must promptly inform NASDAQ WIZARD of the following: Changes in the expiration
date of any credit card used in connection with the service; changes in home or billing address; and
apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an email and
password. Until we are notified, by e-mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for

PAYMENT
All payments made to NASDAQ WIZARD are made through a third party service. NASDAQ
WIZARD is not liable for any monies lost during the transaction process, non-payment issues or not
declination of any credit card.
NASDAQ WIZARD does not collect or store any credit card information and cannot be liable for any
lost or stolen credit card numbers.
Your name and email address will be made available to all parties to the sale, as required, to complete
payment.
All charges will appear as "Nasdaq Wizard, LLC" on your credit card statement.
Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you agree to have your subscription renewed automatically and billed to your credit card
at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time, but
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE CANCELLATION AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF
YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.
Cancellation Policy
If you, the User, wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, you may do so through the Cancel
feature of this Site, but there are no refunds of subscription fees previously paid.
When a Subscriber requests cancellation, full or partial subscription fees are not refunded. Subscribers
are liable for charges incurred by them until cancellation of service.
NASDAQ WIZARD has the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access
to our services.
No Solicitation
No part of this Site should be taken to constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell products or
services. Some products or services mentioned on this Site may only be available in certain areas or
jurisdictions. Any products or services mentioned on this Site are made available in accordance with local
