Raphael S. was a 19th Century European artist who painted dramatic sunsets, winter landscapes, cows in the pasture, riverside landscapes, churches, villages and Venetian cityscapes. He was a student of Robert Gallon and influenced by his friend and fellow artist Rafael Senet y Perez (1856 - 1926) He painted the English Countryside and other European cities.
