A rare and important 18th Century French Childs Petite Secretaire Abattant Desk.

The lid lowers to reveal drawers, cubbies,and shelves and a hidden compartment under the  middle self.   Along with the original leather topped writing surface. This is a charming piece, nicely molded side panels, and four drawers at the bottom.  Made of solid cherry. It is very rare to find a childs size desk like this.
