A rare and important French Louis XV Bombe Scriban Slant Drop Front Desk, circa 1760 in walnut. Having a molded case with paneled sides and serpentine front, two small over two large dovetailed drawers, bronze hardware, a carved apron, and resting on scrolled escargot feet. The interior of the desk has 19 small drawers, and many secret compartments. Comes with original handmade key.
