This is a rare 19th Century William Comyns & Sons 1885-1953 Sterling Silver Box. It is hinged and has winged Putti or Angels in the clouds in relief. The sides have repeats of different putti in relief. On the side has the English sterling, and makers marks. It measures 4 and 3/8 inches long by 1.75 inches wide and 1 inch tall.
