Public Finance
The Firm offers clients legal services, both as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel, with respect to a broad range of municipal bonds and other public finance issues, including:

In addition to serving as bond or underwriter's counsel, the Firm can also serve as investment counsel for government entities that have private equity programs.
The Firm began marketing its public finance legal services in mid-2008 and by fourth quarter 2008, the Firm had participated, in affiliation with Lewis & Munday, as co-underwriter's counsel, representing J.P. Morgan, on the Tennessee State School Bond Authority's $167 million bond issuance.
