Billing And Shipping Policy
The Bill-to address MUST be the same
individual that appears on the credit card, if a credit card is used for
payment. The Bill-to and Ship-to addresses MUST be the same address for
the order to process.
If you have a different shipping address, we advise you to register a
PayPal account and have it verified. Then you can list your shipping
address as the billing address when ordering with OinkArt, then pay with
PayPal and our system will accept the order.
If you live in the Continental USA and you DO NOT order spray paint, please select the $5 option.
If you live in the Continental USA and you DO order spray paint, please select the $10 option.
If you live outside the Continental USA but in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico, please select the $15 option.
