In the Evolve Pilates & Fitness Foundation Training Course students will learn the foundation exercises on all the Pilates equipment, assessment skills, modifications for individual ability, and effective communication techniques. The program is designed to prepare students who have the desire and dedication to be exceptional Pilates teachers.
Our teacher training program is designed to:
Provide in-depth instruction of all foundation exercises in the Pilates mat repertoire and on all Pilates equipment
Help students to develop all the skills necessary to be safe, effective and inspiring teachers
Train students to begin a rewarding career as a Pilates instructor
Advance an existing career as a fitness professional
Prepare students for the Pilates Method Alliance international certification
Lecture series will cover:
Anatomy and kinesiology
Posture assessment and fitness screening
Practical application of the Pilates principles
Foundation exercises on all of the Pilates equipment: reformer, chair, cadillac
