Most of you have tried at least
some exercises on the MVe chair, so you know how challenging and fun it
can be. This summer, we are going to run two new classes entirely
focused the chair.
Hard Core MVe- Mondays at 6:00pm, will focus on high level cardio and strength training.
Flex and Flow- Tuesdays at 11:00am,
will focus on balance, core strength and flexibility with a flowing
pace of exercises that transition smoothly from one to the next.
