Our US based representatives will perform an evaluation to determine the highest impact sourcing strategy to meet your cost reduction objectives. We will perform a competitive bid quickly and accurately which will include price, terms, lead-time, and validation period. We directly interface with the factories throughout the quoting and qualification process to ensure your team is prepared for direct engagement with the supplier.
Process Steps
Step 1 Make initial contact with Global Sourcing Plus by contacting our office via email or simply click on the "Request For Quote" link to get started.
Step 2 We will contact you to thoroughly understand your requirements and determine a sourcing strategy that will match your cost reduction objectives. RFQ packages are prepared.
Step 3 Our sourcing experts will determine the best-fit suppliers and request multiple bids from qualified factories. You will receive a complete quotation including total cost with freight, terms & conditions, and lead-times. Step 4 Once approved, contracts are drafted and your program is underway. Global Sourcing Plus will manage and drive your project through qualification. Step 5 First article samples are shipped for customer approval and production plans are established. Step 6 Your team will be connected directly to the supplier using our project management system that will ensure you are always up-to-date and your supply chain is secure. Factory staff will provide continuous communication in English and you will have on-going support from our US based team
