The birth of Creative Cottage came about one weekend while sitting in a dimly lit, cramped work space, overpriced hotel on one of our "girls" getaway weekends. We didn't want to spend a lot of time driving to a remote place because that was valuable cropping time just wasted. So, we began to dream about perfect weekend retreat. That dream became a reality when we found our crafting paradise at the end of a country road. We are excited and eager to share our dream with others like us who wish to getaway and enjoy time among friends as you create treasured heirlooms.

Creative Cottage is open to all scrapbookers, quilters, stampers, crafters of all kinds, or anyone looking to getaway from it all and take in some fresh country air. Whether you are a novice or a veteran you will find ideas and inspiration from those around you to add to your precious collection of memories.

This crafter's paradise is the perfect getaway for old friends and new, mothers and daughters, birthday celebrations, ladies church retreat weekends, and reunions . . . It is the perfect place for a "girls getaway" to build relationships and devote time to a hobby you love.
