Class Policies

Because of the time and expense involved in preparing each person for our class, we ask that all classes be prepaid either by credit card or check (exception - Fab 5 Class).  Paying by credit card has been made easy by using our online "Shopping Cart" feature, or you may call 972-542-8078.  Please make checks payable to Creative Cottage and mail to P.O. box 481, Allen, Texas 75013.

Children ages 7 years or older are welcome to come with a  parent or guardian.  A paid reservation must also be made for the child. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund.  Class reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be traansferred to another date.

 

Supplies:

 Should extra supplies be needed, the class instructor or coordinator will contact you.  We ask that you bring your own basic supplies unless otherwise indicated.  Please check the class description to ensure if you will need to bring basic supplies.

 

Basic Supplies Include:

Adhesive, journaling pen/pencil, paper trimmer, and scissors. 

 

 

Other Items:

• Minor Repairs/Accidents
  • Please let us know right away if you have any problems with the plumbing, air conditioners, heater or appliances. We want you to have the best time possible with your friends.
  • In the event something gets broken, please either contact us or leave a note in the comments/suggestions box so it can be taken care of for the next guests. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately.
  • Creative Cottage is a non-smoking facility and sorry no cute little pets can join you at the retreat.
• From time to time computer or internet service interruptions are possible.  We will attempt to resolve the issues as soon as possible, but some issues are beyond our control (internet service) at times and we regret any inconvenience experienced.
• We want you to have a wonderful and fun experience at Creative Cottage. If there's anything we can do to make your time in our lovely retreat even better just let us know.
