Teletraining to Provide An Additional Method of Learning

We are pleased to announce that EZ-NetTools is now offering Teletraining courses to complement our other customer support resources: EZ-NetAdvantage, EZ-NetU, EZNetHelp, and our technical support staff who are available by phone, email and chat.  Teletraining courses are one-on-one training, customized to your needs and schedule.  We have developed some suggested outlines for teletraining courses, but you can deviate from the outline to meet your individual needs.  

EZ-NetTools provides a variety of training materials.  Teletraining augments those resources when they are not sufficient or do not address the best learning method for you.  Teletraining courses can be for those situations where you need more comprehensive training than a quick call to EZ-NetTools Technical Support is meant to provide.

Because of the personalized nature of Teletraining course, this will be a fee based service.  The charge will be $50.00 per hour.  There will be no phone charge for the student because we will place the call.  While we have an expected length for a course, the student can determine the actual length.

We view Teletraining as an extension of EZ-NetU.  We plan to continue to develop more online courses as well as teletraining courses.  Some courses will have both an online and a teletraining version, to address the variety of learning styles and needs.
