 As a new sponsor of the East Idaho Aquarium, Michael Tall Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is giving away free tickets to new patients and to existing patients that refer a friend. While supplies last, call and schedule an appointment to receive your free ticket.
How to Get your Free Ticket

2. Make Appointment
3. After appointment, ticket will be given.
Existing Patient1. Have a friend call 208-522-1332
2. Friend makes an appointment
3. You call and let us know that your friend made an appointment
4. After your friend’s appointment, we will mail or hold your ticket for you to pick up.
Terms and ConditionsAvailable while supplies last only. To qualify, you must be a first-time new patient to receive the free ticket OR an existing patient who refers a new patient. Existing patients must let us know the name of the referred patient. New and referred patients must attend their appointment to qualify for the free ticket. No reservations. No substitutions.
