Rites Of Passage Entrepreneurs (ROPE) is an organization dedicated to providing hope and empowerment to each generation of our youth through graduated levels of achieved excellence. This is done by ROPE mentoring our youth in God-centered business principals and not only by teaching our youth how to establish or run a business, but to also assist them in doing just that.

Rites of Passage Enterpreneurs is a program designed to establish an atmosphere of hope for participating children, and to provide tangible levels of graduation rewards while instilling Godly principals of Good Success.
Children between the ages of 7 and 17 will be accepted on the program and will be placed on business teams of 6-10 members. Each child will be evaluated to determine their apptitude for assignment on the team. Each child will fill the rotating positions of CEO, CFO, COO and other officer appointments on the team. The children will wear several hats as officers, directors and operators of a small business. They also learn all the Godly principals at an early age of establishing and running a profitable business.
