The first weekend of October we drove over to the front range to see family and celebrate fall birthdays.

On the way we stopped at the taxidermist
to check on the status of Steve's deer mount
from last year's hunt.
|
|
|
We spent the night with Darel, Shannon, Chase & Jacob for some "grandson time".
Saturday morning we cheered on Chase at his soccer game.

|
|
|
That afternoon, we headed to Alison & Andy Swanigan's house to celebrate Lily's 1st birthday.
We enjoyed seeing Ruby for the first time - just 9 days old & so tiny!
