In February of 2008, Barb's sister, Louise, had to travel to Paris to teach a software class for her company, Oracle.
Louise invited Barb to join her for 10 fabulous days in Paris!
After meeting in Denver, the sisters flew together to Frankfurt, Germany, then on to Paris. They arrived Friday afternoon, February 22nd. Barb & Louise spent Saturday, Sunday & Monday together site-seeing. Then Tuesday through Friday Louise took the train to the Paris Oracle office to teach her classes, while Barb ventured out alone. They did more site-seeing the next Saturday and Sunday, then flew home to Denver on Monday.
While the Paris weather in late February was chilly and wet,
there were significantly fewer tourists and the lines were much shorter!
