Sean & Laurie's Visit

Sean and his girlfriend, Laurie Kline, came over for a visit.
It was such fun - they got to stay for several days - just like summer camp!

They got to play with the chickens.
Lucy was concerned about how Sean handled them though!

|

They also got to feed the cows.

Sean and Steve shot the compound bow. They had to hit the target to earn some brisket at the Spring BBQ the next day.
Luckily, they both got brisket!

Before they could go for an ATV ride they had to change the oil first.
They went on 2 ATV adventures. One past Colona then the next day up to Buckhorn Lakes and did some fishing.

Laurie wanted to come to Sublette Ranch and ride the ATVs and shoot the rifle.
So, here's the "peanut gallery" watching. We had a tournament with the .22 caliber rifle for who had to wash dishes!

After the shootin' match we picked up Lucy and all headed down to Ridgway Reservoir. While they fished, Lucy & mom hiked.
Laurie & Sean saved a few rainbow trout in a cooler to take back to stock our pond.

WHEW! What a fun visit!
We did let them actually relax some and enjoy Happy Hour. Sean brought smoked salmon. Lucy thinks she would like to have some.
