We were thrilled Barb's son, Sean Moran, was able to squeeze in a quick trip to see us between the end of his summer job and before school started.
Steve asked him for help stocking our pond. Sean was more than happy to oblige with a little fishing!
We went to Chipeta Lake in town and the guys caught a dozen little sunfish and bluegills.

They weren't monster trout, but those little warm-water fish were still fun to catch! A new experience for Sean.

The guys hauled their catch home in the cooler to release them into our pond.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Sean also met the "5 Black Ladies" and got to experience feeding cows! They love sweet corn as much as we do!
