HANDLE
Black Linen MicartaŽ virtually unaffected by climatic conditions,and hard use.
The handle is well designed and has a slight contour which gives the user firm control of the knife when cutting or chopping. The Micarta panels are fitted and individually formed to each knife with two internal collars and steel Allen Screws.
BLADE
Made from 1095 High Carbon Alloy Steel, hollow ground edge, double tempered and hardened to a Rockwell Hardness Test 57-60. It is powder coated and baked with black epoxy. Final sharpening and edge examination is made under magnification.
