To serve the needs of the many tour groups and the Elderhostel class, adult dance sessions are scheduled at various times throughout the week of the Idaho International Folk Dance Festival. Over 30 sections of dance are scheduled around the campus of BYU-Idaho so that the visitors can get to every team being represented at the Festival.

The dancers teach about their country, their costumes, and then involve the patrons in learning dance steps. It has grown from an initial offering of only three dance classes.
