There is a wrap around deck with two viewing areas as well as entertainment areas. A large Jenn Air grill makes cooking outdoors a pleasure. A huge stamped golden concrete deck has been built on the lower area so that there is easy access to the hot tub to watch the sun go down or a new day begin.

On top level: Master suite with stately queen bed and full bath, and separate guest bathroom. Large propane fireplace, open living room and entertainment center, dining area, oversized kitchen with large social breakfast area. All windows open to an unsurpassed 180-degree view.

The walk out bottom level has 2 large bedrooms each having their own large private bathroom. There are two queen beds in each room. Another complete kitchen (smaller) as well as washer and dryer is available to guests. Right inside the French doors that open onto
the stylish deck and hot tub there is a warm up area with lots of towels and a propane heater.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
