Our Dancing Bear Lodge is located in the "Centennial South Shores" gated waterfront community and is a short scenic drive to West Yellowstone, Mt. A true mountain lodge that has a rich warm feeling of hand crafted log construction that will make all our guests feel right at home. Beautiful views of Island Park reservoir and surrounding mountain ranges.

WATER LEVELS PLEASE BE AWARE: Island Park Reservoir water levels start going down usually mid August but is NOT uncommon to see levels declining anytime in July. Water levels can also depend on how much snow we have received the previous winter. The reservoir is used for farming in the lower elevations. Please be aware of water levels when renting a cabin with a private dock or shared boat launch. Property owners and Island Park Reservations "WILL NOT" issue refunds for water levels being low as this is out of our control. You can still Rent or Bring your water toys as there are many lakes and rivers in and around the Island Park and Yellowstone areas. Water levels typically do not decline as much in other areas like Island Park Reservoir does. Questions Call: 208-558-9675

Beautiful lot with awesome views and is nicely landscaped. Large parking area. Garage not available to guests.

Rocked gas fireplace to keep you toasty warm in the winter or just for evening ambiance. Woodsy theme throughout the lodge. Comfortable furnishings. Large T.V. with satellite and DVD player. Wifi-Internet has been added for our guests convenience. Fully stocked kitchen is tastefully decorated with touches of home, stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, griddle, just bring your own food. Kitchen island seats 6 and table seats 6.

When canceling outside the 60 day window prior to your arrival the funds you have paid are refundable except
credit card fees & travel insurance if added. When canceling within the 60 day window the funds you have paid
are non-refundable unless we can re-book your dates. If we can, you will get a refund minus $75.00 re-booking
fee, 3% credit card fees & Insurance. Early departure does not warrant any kind of refund. All cancellations
must be confirmed in writing. An e-mail is sufficient with a follow up phone call.
