UPPER LEVEL: 3- Bedrooms/ 1 with a queen and a bunk bed the other two with one queen in each and 2 full bathrooms.
BASEMENT LEVEL- 2 Bedrooms/ 1 with a queen bed and the other one with 2-queen beds, a sofa bed in the family entertainment room and 2 full Bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy:
When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
