Lakeside Cottage is located on a beautiful wooded lot that is close to the Island Park Reservoir.

Lots of wildlife in this area.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Comes stocked with dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans etc.

Main level has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Upper level has 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a half bathroom. Loft space has 2 twin beds.

Beautiful wooded surroundings in a secluded area by the Bill's Island subdivision.

Wildlife is abundant all over the Island Park area.

Don't forget to bring your cameras and watch the little ones

close while they are outside playing to keep them safe!!

*60 Day Cancellation Policy*

When canceling outside the 60 day window prior to your arrival the funds you have paid are refundable except
credit card fees & travel insurance if added. When canceling within the 60 day window the funds you have paid
are non-refundable unless we can re-book your dates. If we can, you will get a refund minus $75.00 re-booking
fee, 3% credit card fees & Insurance. Early departure does not warrant any kind of refund. All cancellations
must be confirmed in writing. An e-mail is sufficient with a follow up phone call.

Rates DO NOT Include 6% Sales Tax, 2% Lodging Tax & $59 Processing Fee.
