The "Lost River Retreat" is surrounded by beautiful views. Located in Shotgun area just off of Old Shotgun Rd. In the summer time relax on the decks and take in the gorgeous scenery. While looking to the North you will see the "Centennial Mtn. Range" and looking to the South East you can see the majestic "Grand Teton Mtns." on a clear day.

Deck furniture for relaxing and gas grill for cook outs is provided for our guests. Don't forget the steaks and burgers. Propane for the grill is provided.

The great room has large floor to ceiling windows to let in plenty of light and for taking in the nice views. Comfortable leather furniture and throughout the lodge you'll see rustic mountain wood accents to make the feel of the cabin an enjoyable Yellowstone experience.

Deluxe kitchen has granite counter tops, main table seats six, small table in front of island seats four and three bar stools at island.
|
|
|
|
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances. Stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, microwave, hand mixer, coffee maker, griddle, dish towels, 2-rolls of paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap. If you run out of these items you will need to buy more to finish out your stay. Just bring your food.

Open concept living room and kitchen area so no one in your group will feel left out while cooking meals. Plenty of room so everyone can help out and enjoy each others company.

This first bedroom is located on the main level just off from the kitchen and main shared bathroom for those who are handicapped or family members who have a hard time climbing stairs. Second bedroom is located in loft area. There is no bathroom located in upstairs loft area.

Main level bathroom has a large wall to wall vanity with double sinks. Tub~shower combination and toilet has a shutting door for privacy, nice cabinets with plenty of storage for your personal items. Equipped with towels, hand towels and wash cloths. 4-rolls of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom but if you run out during your stay you will need to purchase more to finish out your stay.
*Bring your own private toiletries like bar soap and shampoo as these items are not provided for you.

One of three basement bedrooms, has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress for a great nights sleep. Night stand with lamp, Large closet with hangers provided for our guests to unpack their personal items if desired.

Two full size futons will sleep an extra 4 guests located on west side of the loft sharing the space with the foos ball and air hockey games.

Basement family room is of good size with comfortable couch, loveseat and TV. with a DVD player.

Private hot tub is located on the back patio of the walk out basement. The patio is now covered to protect our guests if it happens to be bad weather conditions. Sit out side in our deluxe hot tub and relax while taking in the surrounding beauty of our Island Park area.

During the winter the
snowmobiling is unsurpassed with over 500 miles of trails, you can even
ride from the cabin right into West Yellowstone.
|
|
|
|
Wildlife is abundant all over the Island Park area. Don't forget to bring your cameras and watch the little ones close while they are outside playing to keep them safe!!
