This luxury Island Park lakefront vacation rental has its own private boat dock and 6,000 square feet of custom elegance. Located on the shores of Island Park Reservoir in the prestigious Silverhawk area, this home sleeps 23 comfortably.
Upstairs is a large children`s bunkroom, with three twin/full bunks, one queen bed, and a large flat-screen HDTV. The large game room has billiards, foosball, ice hockey and darts.
The main floor is stunning, with custom tile and rock work. A beautiful kitchen with granite counters, built-in bar stools, double oven, and walk-in pantry has access to the large upper deck overlooking the lake. Vaulted great room has a lakeview wall of windows , gas fireplace, gorgeous leather furniture and a real buffalo-skin rug. The great master suite has a log canopy bed and private bath with soaker tub and walk-in shower. A half-bath is also located on this floor.
The lower level has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms with one queen bed in each, 3 of them with access to the lake, 2 bathrooms, and a family room with a sleeper sofa.

Cancellation Policy:
When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds youhave paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and ifwe can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
