The Riverbrook is 3 levels. The basement has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (2 sinks). One bedroom has a full bed, one has a queen, and the other has 2
bunkbeds (twin & full set). There is a small family room with satellite TV.
The main floor has a mud room with laundry facilities, kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom has 2 bunkbeds (twin & full set). There is satellite TV and a projection screen hooked up to the DVD player only. Propane fireplace.
The upper floor has a loft, children play loft, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen and bunkbed (twin & full).
