In addition, we have developed a computer program called "Watch Dog" which continually monitors each part of the EZ-Net ToolsTM system. If a problem is detected by the "Watch Dog," our system administrators are immediately contacted to fix problems and prevent or minimize server downtime.
The EZ-Net ToolsTM system is connected to the Internet through redundant T1 lines and will soon be upgraded to OC12 (fiber optic) technology.
Data is backed up daily with a RAID data system. Each member of the system is also encouraged to use the file back-up utility provided with each account.
