Oriental Duck

~ 3 - 4 lb duck breast, cut into strips
~ 3/4 cup brown sugar
~ 3 tbsp soy sauce
~ 1 onion, sliced and carmelized

Rub the meat well with the brown sugar.

Place in a skillet. Top with the onions.

Pour on the soy sauce.

Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add more soy sauce if needed.

Serve and enjoy.
