- Initiated requests for proposals from licensors on behalf of major international client for a refinery processing unit. Led licensor evaluation team and presented recommendations to client. Supported client in license and contract negotiations with successful licensor.

- Selected to lead Client's vendor selection team including Client's technology experts, projects and operations groups for a water treatment reverse osmosis and condensate polishing system. Prequalified and short listed vendors. Wrote the request for proposal, developed selection criteria, conditioned the bids both technically and commercially and presented team’s recommended selection to Client's management.

- Coordinated and acted as consultant for a major US client for solicitation and evaluation of proposals to provide a third party industrial gas production facility on client’s site.

- Initiated annual contact and proposals for RFP’s (requests for proposals), ranging in size from several thousand dollars to projects valued at $500 million.

- Led development requests for proposals for a petrochemical production unit from licensors. Reviewed information and made presentation to client.
