Technology Commercialization
|
|
- Headed company evaluating and positioning novel NASA invented environmentally friendly antiicing/deicing fluid. Hired lab, developed and led testing program, produced promotional video and marketing materials and wrote business and marketing plan

- Led team of engineers scaling up laboratory and pilot plant data for new technology to industrial scale facility. Led start-up team on-site once facility was built.

- Provided report assessing the potential for utilizing molecular sieves for a particular application in a system incorporating a new confidential technology being developed at a research facility.

|
- Coordinated and led licensor’s development program for improving catalyst performance for hydrocracking technology. Worked extensively with various catalyst companies.

Technology Selection & Evaluations
|
|
- Performed due diligence on a noise reduction technology available for licensing for an investor group. As part of this effort wrote business and marketing plan for this technology.

|
- Led licensor evaluation team on behalf of client evaluating potential refinery process and presented recommendations on technology selection to client. Supported client in license and contract negotiations with successful licensor.
|
|
- Coordinated and acted as consultant for a major US client for solicitation and evaluation of proposals to provide a third party industrial gas production facility on client’s site. Included in evaluations were licensor presentations and both commercial and technical reviews. Worked with client’s attorney to review and revise contractual terms.

- Selected to lead Client's vendor selection team including Client's technology experts, projects and operations groups for a reverse osmosis and condensate polishing system. Prequalified and short listed vendors. Wrote the request for proposal, developed selection criteria, conditioned the bids both technically and commercially and presented team’s recommended selection to Client's management.
