Walk ‘n’ Roll packer/roller LIMITED WARRANTY:
Al’s Metal Work products are warranted for 12 months from the original date
of purchase, excluding labor, tires, tubes ans wheel rims against defects in materials and workmanship and to perform according to specifications when such products are properly assembled, installed, used and maintained as set our, or referred to in the Operators ManualAl’s Metal Work, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective part or component covered by this warranty. Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. Al’s Metal Work shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

In order to keep the warranty in effect the product must not be used for purposes other than those for which the product was designed, operation beyond rated capacity, substitution of parts not approved by Al's Metal Work or alteration or repair by others in such manner as in our judgment affects the product materially and adversely shall void this warranty Warranty does not apply to any machine or part which has been repaired or altered in any way, so as in Al's Metal Work judgment to affect reliability, or which has been subject to inadequate maintenance, misuse, negligence, or accident. Warranty does not apply to normally wearing parts (tires etc.) If the tires are filled with fluid the warranty will be void!
