Board of Directors
AICA is governed by a self-perpetuating Board comprised of Christian men and women from the local community, and the school Head Master who serves as a non-voting member. The AICA Board of Directors also functions as the school board. They meet on the second Thursday of every month and is an inter-denominational body of believers, who are dedicated to the stated mission of the school. Each board member has made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Board members are selected by the Board to serve for a term of three years. Board members may serve for a maximum of two terms consecutively. Having completed two three year terms, a sabbatical period of at least one year must be completed before being deemed eligible to serve once again, if selected. Board members give of their time and talent voluntarily.
