AICA is governed by a self-perpetuating Board comprised of Christian men and
women from the local community, and the school Head Master who serves as a
non-voting member. Board members are selected by the Board to serve for a term
of three years. Board members may serve for a maximum of two terms
consecutively. Having completed two three year terms, a sabbatical period of at
least one year must be completed before being deemed eligible to serve once
again, if selected. Board members give of their time and talent voluntarily.
Mr. Bill Aseltine
 Mr.
Aseltine is an instructor at the Defense Institute of International
Legal Studies in Newport. He and his wife Laurie and their four
children live in Middletown. Bill and his family worship at First
Presbyterian Church of Newport where he currently teaches Sunday
School. The Aseltines are also Associate Staff with The
Navigators. Bill has served on the Board since January 2003 and
serves as Chairman of the Outreach Committee. The Aseltines' four
children are enrolled at AICA.
Dr. Robert Cicchelli
Dr. Cicchelli is
an Internist in Middletown. He has served on the AICA Board as Treasurer
since 2003. He resides in Middletown with his wife, Terri and their three
children. He worships at First
Presbyterian Church of Newport. All three of the Cicchellis' children attend AICA.
