Mr. BaileyStephen C. Bailey ~ Headmaster
Stephen Bailey received an Associate's Degree in Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology (Boston) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Southeastern Massachusetts University (Dartmouth, MA). During a three year period, he completed course work at Trinity Theological Seminary (Newburgh, IN) in the Master's Program in Biblical Counseling and through CCEF (Christian Counseling & Education Foundation). In addition, Steve is a former member of NANC (National Association of Nouthetic Counseling). Formerly, he served for fifteen years as elder and Bible teacher to the families of his congregation. Currently, Steve is completing his final course (Greek!) at the Reformed Baptist Pastoral Training Institute in Dartmouth. Steve will receive a Masters of Divinity in the summer of 2007. He has been the Headmaster of AICA since 1998. Steve and his wife, Susan, are members of the First Reformed Baptist Church in Hixville, MA. They have two children enrolled at AICA in the 8th and 12th grades.

Mrs. BaileyMrs. Susan Bailey ~ Founder of AICA; Asst. to Headmaster
Susan's formal education includes course work at the University of Vermont and the University of Arizona, graduating with a BA from the University of Rhode Island ('82). She served as AICA Board chairman for the first 3 years of the school's history, enjoying responsibilities of policy-making, hiring the school's first faculty, teacher training and writing for the AICA policy handbooks. Formerly, Susan served as Women's Ministry Leader and a Bible study teacher for 17 years. Present and past responsibilities at AICA have included help-meet to husband Stephen (greatest joy!), admissions, teaching (Chapel, Health, Bible), publicity and ministry to the families of AICA.

Mrs. BressetteMrs. Mary Jane Bressette ~ Grades 3 & 4
Mrs. Bressette began teaching 3rd grade at AICA in September 2001. The following year, she began teaching our combined 3rd/4th grade classroom. Mrs. Bressette taught 5th & 6th grades in the Attleboro, MA school system for 20 years. She has an AA from Bristol Community College, a BS from Rhode Island College, and a Masters in Education from Lesley University in Boston. She has taken additional Masters courses from University of Massachusetts Boston, Framingham State College and Anna Maria College. She received two Massachusetts State Dept. Awards in Environmental Science (1999, 2001) and was nominated as Teacher of the Year in 2000. She has also received training at the ACCS Annual Conference in 2004 & 2005. Mrs. Bressette and her husband, Don, worship at Faith Alliance Church in Attleboro, MA.

Mrs. HaynesMrs. Judith Haynes ~ 1st Grade
Mrs. Haynes has been teaching 1st grade at AICA since 2002. She has a BS in Elementary Education from Barrington College with a Minor in Science. Her teaching experience includes teaching at Hopetown Residential School in Carmel, NY, substitute teaching in Connecticut and Rhode Island, teaching Kindergarten in Hawaii and teaching in a daycare. She also devoted eight years to homeschooling her 4 children. She received further training at the Annual ACCS Conference in 2005. Mrs. Haynes attends Quidnessett Baptist Church in North Kingstown.
Miss MurrayMiss Andrea Murray ~ English, Government, Earth Science (7-12)
Miss Murray joined the AICA staff in 2005. She has a BA in English from Providence College and a Certificate of Completion from Fairwood Bible Institute in Dublin, NH where she studied for three years. She has worked extensively with the 7th through 12th graders in her church and has run a high school s' retreat each summer for the past four years. She worships at Woodhaven Chapel in Scituate.
Miss OlsenMiss Renee Olsen ~ Grades 5 & 6
Miss Olsen began teaching at AICA in 2005. She has a BS in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College. Miss Olsen has substituted in the public school system and has extensive practicum experience working with students in various grade levels. She currently teaches the 3 & 4 year old Sunday School Class at Living Hope Christian Church in North Kingston.
Mrs. PeachMrs. Jennifer Peach ~ Latin (5-12); Bible (7-8); Health (7-9)
Mrs. Peach began teaching at AICA in 2006.  She has a Masters of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Missions and Education.  She has a B.S. from Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY.  Her undergraduate degree is in Biology with a minor in Psychology.  Mrs. Peach is ESL certified and taught at ESEPA Seminary in Cost Rica for a summer.  She directed the children's ministry and collegiate work at Rice Memorial Baptist Church from 2004-2006.  She and her husband attend Barrington Baptist Church in Barrington.
Mr. PerronMr. Robert Perron ~  Math & Science (7-8); History (9-12)
Mr. Perron joined the AICA faculty in the fall of 2006. He has taught History and English in both public schools and private Christian schools and has taught English at the university level in China. Mr. Perron is a graduate of Barrington College and has done post graduate work at Worcester State College. Mr. Perron and his family attend the First Reformed Baptist Church in Hicksville, MA. They also have a home business, recording and preserving family histories, and other video, audio, and graphics services to businesses, churches, and organizations. Mr. ScottMr. Shaun Scott ~ Phys. Ed. (5-12); Basketball Coach
Mr. Scott is new to the AICA faculty this year. He teaches our Physical Education classes for grades 7-12 and has started AICA's first basketball team! Mr. Scott has a B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College and operates Old Forge Financial Services in North Kingstown. He attends Quidnessett Baptist Church in North Kingstown.
Mrs. WilsonMrs. Cynthia Wilson ~ Kindergarten
Mrs. Wilson began teaching Kindergarten at AICA in 2000 and also serves as our Librarian. Before coming to AICA, Mrs. Wilson had 19 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and 2nd grade. She worked in both public and Christian schools, as well as coordinating a YMCA Before & After School Kindergarten program. Mrs. Wilson has an AA in Early Childhood Education from Marjorie Webster Junior College in Washington, DC and a BA in Elementary Education from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA. She has taken additional courses at Boston University and Fisher College, as well as extension courses through different programs. Mrs. Wilson has attended the ACSI Annual Conference for 4 years and the ACCS Annual Conference for 2 years. She is the mother of two, the grandmother of five and recently celebrated her 37th wedding anniversary. She and her husband attend Barrington Baptist Church during the school year and Newton Junction Baptist Church in Newton, NH during the summers.
