2007 Fall Fundraiser a Success
Silent
Auction Update........."Fantastic Evening!" "Amazing
event!" "Every detail so well planned!" "Such
organization!" "The hard work of the committee members was obvious!"
"This was their first one? You've got to be kidding! Incredible!" "So
much fun to dress up and go out for the evening!" "The food was
delicious and abundant!" "The gifts were so varied and had such a quality
about them!" These and many more comments like these were expressed at the
AICA Silent Auction Fundraiser on October 6th. It was truly amazing, the faithfulness of God and His provision that
totaled $12,250.00! Praise Him for His continual provision to AICA. We remain
greatly humbled by the grace and mercy of our Lord upon this ministry and may
He receive glory alone for all that is accomplished.

AICA's First Graduate!
On Friday, June 8th the AICA community celebrated an evening of praise to God for the first graduation in AICA history! Over 100 supporters and friends of the AICA ministry attended the historic event. Congratulations to graduate Jared Bailey. Jared will be attending Grove City College in the fall. To God be the glory alone for His faithfulness and goodness to the Aquidneck Island Christian Academy.
Aquidneck Island Christian Academy Wins First Game
The “Homeschool Riches” hosted the “Aquidneck Island Christian Academy (AICA) Eagles” in a basketball game on Thursday, in what became the first victory in an organized sport in the history of AICA. The Eagles defeated the Riches 34-25, led by solid team defense and good second half passing. The Riches also played well, displaying excellent passing, good intensity, and selfless play on the court. How has AICA responded to this historical, first ever win? “This is another example of the Lord’s faithfulness to this school”, replied Administrator Stephen Bailey.
AICA is a classical Christian school, grades K-12, located on East Main Road in Portsmouth.
AICA 3rd Annual Flea Market
We are happy to report, the Lord was pleased to provide $2400.00 from the AICA 3rd Annual Flea Market! We had a wonderful time organizing, pricing, sorting and setting up for this fun event! We thank all the hard working volunteers who made this event possible. See you next year!
