AICA introduced me to the Classical model of education. Now that I have had the opportunity to study it, be trained in it, and to see it work I would never desire to be involved in another type of education. As a teacher I was always impressed with the depths my students were able to reach when they had the basic tools in place already. They were inquisitive and thoughtful young people and I was truly blessed to work them during my time at AICA. The spiritual guidance provided by the Bailey's to the teachers as well as the students is essential. I was also deeply blessed the parents' commitment to the education of their children, they were intentionally involved and ready to do anything to help. I've never been in a situation where the parents provide homemade meals to the teachers and pray so diligently for the teachers. This school is unique and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
