*2009 Policies*

Camp account money will be accepted prior to the start of camp in the form of a check by mail. If the proper form does not accompany the check, the account money will be returned to you. Once camp begins, account money is accepted at the pool office prior to 9am or after 4pm ONLY. We accept cash, check, VISA, MC, or DISCOVER at the pool office. We will only accept a credit card over the phone to add money to an account, not to open one. If you mail in payment once camp starts, it will not be effective until the day after we receive it. We will not accept money from children during the camp day and we will not accept a credit card over the phone throughout the camp day. It is your responsibility to check your child's balance and to re-fill their account accordingly. We will not let the children overdraw their account.

The minimum opening balance is $20.00 per child, per session. The minimum credit card charge is $40.00. Money may be added to an account in increments of $10.00

You may place restrictions on your child's account, such as 1 ice cream per day.
We do not allow the children to buy anything that they will have for lunch that day.
We do not allow the children to let friends borrow money unless specified by a parent.
We will keep a detailed list of what your child buys each day, in case you have any questions. You may request a print-out of your child's spending history at any time.
We will strictly adhere to the restrictions placed on the account.

*IMPORTANT*
You have until one week after camp ends to pick up any balance your child may have. After that, the money goes into the register as profit.
