Energy UUUU is designed for grades 3 and 4.
What's UUUU? It stands for: "We Understand it's Up to Us to Use Energy Wisely".
Taking a tour of the school, kids learn first-hand how energy is used in the building to make their lives brighter, easier and more comfortable. Understanding the value of energy helps kids recognize the importance of using it wisely - everyday, everywhere.
Students use science and language skills in activities designed to increase their understanding of energy concepts. They use what they learn to spread the word about kinder, gentler ways to treat our environment.The program takes one school day to complete.
