Insurance & Payment Policy
Payment is expected after each session. If you want to pay weekly or monthly, these arrangements can be made if discussed in advance.
Private insurance with out of network benefits can occasionally be billed directly.The office manager can take all required information and check with your insurance company
We can see some workers compensation patients, however, the number is limited and there may be times when we have to put a person on a waiting list if they want to use workers compensation insurance.
