21 days: Time before reservation start date. Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
20 - 8 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original reservation start date.
7 days or less: No refunds & no rain checks.
Terms of use for Rain Checks: - Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
- Re-booking is subject to availability
- May only be used once
- Non-transferrable
- Excludes holidays, weekend holidays and special events
