Monthly Alaska Vegetarian Society Potluck Dinner Our next potluck dinner is the last Saturday, October 25, 08, 6-8pm at the Palmer Protestant Church (The Log Church).

Vegan Cooking Classes Delisa is a certified cooking instructor for The Cancer Project, Food for Life Cooking Classes.
She teaches a seven week series of nutrition and cooking classes instructing participants on how eating a low fat, whole food, plant-based diet can not only help you survive cancer, but also prevent it. This same diet reverses and prevents heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and strengthens your immune system.
