PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE:
We guarantee products we manufacture and deliver to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Open accounts in good standing: Net 30 days. Cash in Advance, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
FREIGHT:
Prices are FOB Liberty Brush (Shakopee,MN). Single orders greater than $750.00 net invoice value will be shipped prepaid. Qualifying shipments to locations outside the Continental United States will be prepaid to Port of Embarkation. Liberty Brush reserves the right to choose carriers on all prepaid shipments.
MINIMUM ORDER:
All orders under the minimum of $75.00 net will be subject to a $10.00 small order service charge.
RETURNS:
All returns of stock merchandise not due to Liberty Brush error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receiving the product. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained for all returns. Ownership of merchandise is transferred to the customer when it leaves our premises. Claims for goods damaged in shipment must be made directly with the carrier.
NOTES:
All orders accepted subject to our ability to procure the necessary raw materials. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal quality and value if necessary.
Liberty Brush manufactures and distributes the highest quality aftermarket brush and broom products. We have no affiliation with Tennant, Advance, Power Boss, Clarke - American Lincoln, Elgin, Schwarze, Athey, Mobil, Tymco, Johnston or any other sweeper manufacturer. These names are trademarks of the respective companies and references to them are purely for informative purposes in order to cross reference the correct after market brushes.
