- Register for the grade you will be entering in the fall.
- Enclose Minimum payment of: $30 for Junior through Senior High School, full amount for Overnighters,and Charlie Brown. Non-refundable, but transferable. Balance is due 14 days prior to event. If this is not pre-paid, you will be given secondary consideration upon check-in and attendance can not be guaranteed.
- Wilderness Treks: Complete fee is due with form. Fee is refundable (less $30) if cancelled 21 days prior to trip.
- Fees paid by your church (if any) will be billed to the church. However, your minister must indicate what portion of fee church will pay.
- Camp events may fill up. For late registrations, call the camp for availibility. Walk-Ins are given last consideration, except allowed for Charlie Brown Camps
- Camp DVD is included in fee for all sessions except Charlie Brown and Overnighter.
- Camp shirts are available at check-in for $10.00 and up.
- Charlie Brown fee includes concession money, missionary offering and souvenir. Campers are accepted the day of Charlie Brown Camp, if not previously registered. Please register early if possible, however.
- One Concession Card is included with each registration. Additional cards may be purchased and may be used for missions, concessions and t-shirts/stuffed animals. Campers Junior age and older generally use at least one additional card. You are greatly encouraged to purchase these now with registration to ease your arrival procedures.
- Bunks are not assigned. You choose your own upon arrival.
- After we receive your registration we send you:
Confirmation of your registration for your choice of camp session. Listing of fees received and balance due. List of what to bring to camp. Directions to Camp. Camp rules and policies. Confirmation will not be sent to Charlie Brown campers.
- $20 dollar fee charged on all returned checks.
- Please note Check-in time for your event. Please DO NOT arrive early. Camp operates on EASTERN DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.

- The possession and use of tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance to be ingested or inhaled to produce a "high" are not permitted on the campgrounds. Anyone possessing or using items such as these will be sent home.
- Sickness and injury must be reported to the camp nurse immediately. ALL medications, regardless of type, are to be turned in to the nurse upon arrival at camp.
- Radios, cell phones, tape players, walkmans, video games, knives, comic books, magazines, pets, etc. are to be left at home.
- Clothing: Modesty and decency must prevail. Short or tight shorts, bare midriff, or revealing clothing are not permitted. No spaghetti strap tops. Swimsuits must be one piece.
- Food and drink ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DORMS.
- Campers and their parents/guardians will be held responsible for any unnecessary damage to camp property.
- Campers and faculty must sign out at camp office before leaving camp.
- Vehicles driven by campers must be parked and keys turned in to office.
- Telephone is for emergency use only.
- Christian conduct is expected at all times.
