This specialty Top Coat formula must be applied to a "wet" surface to bond properly, and Nail Dry is not used at the time of application. Extra Strength Top Coat quick sets the manicure in just minutes, making it especially appealing when time is of the essence. It has a high-gloss shine and a hard, long-lasting finish. Those who may be sensitive to toluene or formaldehyde can use this formula, as it DOES NOT contain those ingredients. When reapplying this Top Coat, a coat of Nail Premier or Nail Lacquer must be applied first to creat a "wet" surface.
