Covington, Washington is the new home to one of ten US Camps’ summer camp series.  US Camps is bringing nationally and internationally celebrated clinicians, and an Olympic Gold Medalist to Covington. Participants can expect to experience world class coaching, and gain the winners edge through cutting edge technique. They will also find inspirational rejuvenation through US Camps nationally famous "Road to Glory" series, which focuses on building character, discipline, and powerful self confidence. The combination of training and mental toughness preparation covered in this camp will help athletes overcome adversity on and off the mat, and make them winners in life!

US Camps Covington schedule: 9:30-4pm Dailey

a.       9:30-10:00 warm up and athletic activity
b.      10:00-11:15 teach and drill
c.       11:15-11:45 Choice of athletic activity:
  1) LIVE WRESTLING 2) Technique and drill 3) conditioning game
d.      11:45-12:15 lunch: bring a sack lunch or purchase from concession stand
e.       12:15-12:30 athletic activity
f.        12:30-1:00 Road to Glory Chalk Talk
g.       1:00- 2:30 Tech and Drill
h.       2:30-4 Choice of Athletic Activity: 1) *LIVE WRESTLING 2) *Technique and drill 3) conditioning games combined with live wrestling

*There will be a Freestyle/Greco tech, drill and live wrestling session options for wrestlers competing in Fargo
