is the topic Jim Gorian will present for the next Hudson Job Search
meeting to be held Monday January 19. The presentation will cover
using recruiters in a job search and a take on today’s market place
for job seekers. Gorian will then lead a group discussion.
Jim Gorian is President of
Management Recruiters of Hudson and a Hudson Job Search advisor. His
sales and operations career ladder included positions as national sales
manager, division manager in industrial products and culminated in his
appointment as a multi-divisional vice-president of a global strategic
business unit. Gorian holds two patents in fiber optics related products
that were developed while working in his career field of specialty wire,
cable and hydraulics products.
Jim and Gail Gorian have three
children who graduated from Hudson schools upon the family’s second
return to Hudson in 1989.Gorian graduated from Texas Christian University,
served as a Marine in Vietnam, and completed 30 years of active and
reserve duty with the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves
on the boards of the North Coast Semper Fidelis Foundation, Boys and
Girls Club of Cleveland (Executive Committee), Hudson Rotary and Men’s
Club of St. Mary Parish.

should know to most effectively work with recruiters in the current
economy.
