Each meeting will feature a different aspect of the job search process and is led either by a guest speaker or by members of Hudson Job Search.
These meetings and workshops are open to all who are interested in the topics,

Sept. 8, 2009 - How to Differentiate Yourself to Get the Job You Want Presented By: Kristin Tull, Ph.D. of PRADCO in Chagrin Falls
Dr. Tull will share ideas on what people can do to highlight their strengths and discuss their weaknesses in positive, constructive ways. Interview tips will be shared as well, so that people make the most of their opportunities when they receive job interviews. As an added incentive to attendees, Dr. Tull will offer everyone a free “High 5” assessment which will provide them with a report that they can include with their resume or job application.
Dr. Kristin Tull joined PRADCO in 1991 as a management consultant, and in 2008 accepted the position of President of the company. Today she works with high-level executives with some of PRADCO’s largest clients, helping them evaluate and develop their management teams. Due to Dr. Tull’s expertise and leadership, PRADCO now makes available over 15 on-line assessment products designed to select and develop talent in all types of jobs and organizations. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association and is on the board of The Northeast Ohio Human Resources Planning Society.

Neil Klingshirn will share tips for avoiding ruinous restrictions in non-competition agreements and negotiating the most favorable terms in employment and severance agreements. Neil Klingshirn, Hudson resident and partner at Fortney & Klingshirn, is a Board Certified Employment Law Specialist and has won significant verdicts in federal and state courts over the last two decades on behalf of victims of discrimination and retaliation.
