We use either FedEx ground (or Home Delivery) or US Postal service as our standard carrier. All boots and shoes have an individual shipping charge of either $8.00 or $10.00 each.Gloves, collars and intimate apparel carries a $4.00 shipping/handling fee.
LIABILITY
Shipments are sent Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within the 50 states. Seller assumes no responsibility for lost items after shipping unless the delivery confirmation numbers show item not delivered after a reasonable amount of time.
INSURANCE
If you desire insurance on your item, please note this on your order or email this information to us at time of order. You will be charged only the actual cost of the insurance. Federal Express Ground will normally leave at your residence with no signature, but may leave you a notice requirning it.
SPECIAL CARRIER OR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
If you desire USPS Express Mail (overnight to most destinations) we will charge your card the additional costs. If Federal Express shipment is requested, either 2 day or overnight, we will charge the additional amount plus a $5.00 handling fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We use the US Postal Service for all international shipments, air parcel post or air small packet, whichever is less expensive. If you desire surface shipping rates, please advise us at time of order. BE ADVISED--This method can take 4-8 weeks to arrive to you.
